How does our pumpkin delivery and design service work?
Once you place your order, our team will source, deliver and arrange your pumpkins directly on your porch according to your chosen set. You don’t need to lift a finger – we handle everything from start to finish (including removal if you choose!)
When will deliveries start?
Our 2025 season deliveries will begin in late September and continue through mid October. You’ll be contacted to confirm a delivery date and time.
Do I need to be home for the delivery and decorating?
Nope! As long as we can access your porch or entryway, our team can complete your installation while you’re away. We’ll send you a photo once your display is finished so you can enjoy it immediately.
What happens if I want my pumpkins removed after the season?
If you select the “Removal and Disposal” add-on at checkout, our team will return after the season to remove and responsibly dispose of your pumpkins. You’ll receive a reminder before your pick up date.
Can I customize my display?
Porchful of pumpkins prides ourselves in our decorating style to ensure a beautiful and cohesive look. However, if you’d like us to incorporate specific pumpkin colors or varieties, let us know after placing the order and we’ll do our best to include them.
What if my pumpkins are damaged after delivery?
We carefully select high-quality pumpkins, but if one arrives damaged, contact us within 48hrs and we’ll arrange a replacement.
How far in advanced should I order?
We recommend ordering early – packages are limited each season. Once your order is placed, your spot in our delivery schedule is reserved.
